These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TuristX AI mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"), operated by TuristX AI ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use booking or payment features. If you are under this age, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

TuristX AI provides:

• Discovery and browsing of travel destinations, accommodations, and guides
• Booking of accommodations and travel-related services through the Service
• An AI-powered travel assistant ("AI Agent") that provides recommendations and itinerary suggestions
• A "Travel DNA" quiz that generates a personalized traveler-personality profile from your quiz answers — this is a personality/preference quiz only and does not involve biological or genetic testing of any kind
• Wishlist, reviews, notifications, and premium subscription plans

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

• All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant accommodation or service provider
• Prices, cancellation policies, and refund terms for individual bookings are displayed at the time of booking and may be set by third-party providers
• We act as an intermediary platform; we are not the operator of the accommodations or travel services booked through the Service unless explicitly stated

• TuristX AI offers optional premium subscription plans with additional features
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing or the applicable web payment processor on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly/annually) until cancelled
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play account settings or your billing portal in the app
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. All payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details
• Refunds are subject to the applicable store or payment processor's refund policies, except where required otherwise by applicable law

Recommendations, itineraries, and Travel DNA results generated by our AI Agent are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should independently verify important travel details (visa requirements, safety advisories, prices) before making decisions.

If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service's functionality or security
• Post false reviews or manipulate ratings
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. accommodation providers, maps, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Service (excluding user content and third-party content) are owned by or licensed to TuristX AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuristX AIshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to bookings made with third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence or the jurisdiction in which TuristX AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
